Isma Olaxess was also the President of the Uganda Bloggers Association where he was elected in 2021. He is one of the Biggest and most recognized online political analysts in Uganda.
His death has shaken the entire country as no one anticipated that he would ever go out like that.
Isma olaxes was short dead last nyt 06/05/2023 just afews days later when he celebrated the death of minister Charles Engola.
