Oscar Kampala a city fashionista has been recognized by the Ugandan parliament for his outstanding works among the youth.
The young Fashion Entrepreneur was invited by the Speaker's Chambers on Monday 20th February to the legislative house for his Special Award.
Oscar Kampala has created numerous employment opportunities and has been associated with a number of outstanding contributions such as selling the Ugandan brand across borders for designing the likes of Kizz Daniel, Fire boy, Oxland, Jidenna and many others .
Oscar with this image now holds a number of major accolades as he hold two young achiver's awards, Best Young Entrepreneur for the year and best Celebrity Stylist award. He has also been most Inspirational Youth of the year.
