Miss Uganda 2023/2024: Kasese’s Hannah Karema Takes the Crown.

The Miss Uganda 2023/2024 beauty pageant came to a spectacular end last evening at the UMA multipurpose Hall, after months of intense preparation, movements and organization.

The much-anticipated event saw Hannah Karema Tumukunde from Kasese District crowned as the winner, beating out other contestants from across the country.

In second position was artiste Cindy's sister Whitney Martha Ademun while Prossy Agwang settled for the third position.

Jerusha Muwanguzi and Jesca Sserwadda occupied the two final places in this year's beauty pageant.

Amongst other things, the top five were asked the same question to which their responses determined the best three.

The top ten contestants early had been chosen after judges interacted with them on a one-on-one basis during the boot camp.

Karema received a Toyota Wish car and an opportunity to represent Uganda at the Miss World contest upon winning 2023/2024 miss Uganda competition.

She will also represent Uganda in the Miss Elite pageant happening later this year in Egypt.

The Miss Uganda pageant was last held in 2019 before the emergency of Covid-19 which forced the break.

Newly Crowned Hana aka Hannah Karema Tumukunde Miss World Uganda 2023 will represent her nation Uganda in the upcoming 71ST Miss World 2023 Pageant where at the end of Grand Finale in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, Karolina Bielawska Miss World 2021-22 will crown her successor in May 2023.
