MC Kats, Kenzo Clash over Alleged Financial Support Dispute for Fille’s Concert

Controversies frequently arise in the vibrant world of Ugandan entertainment, but none have captured public interest quite like the current confrontation between two titans: MC Kats and Eddy Kenzo. The source of what once appeared to be a friendship gap has now surfaced, turning the disagreement into a public spat.
 A disagreement over claims made by MC Kats that Eddy Kenzo is withholding money that is essential for Fille's upcoming concert.

Despite Eddy Kenzo's denial of the allegations, asserting his support for Fille during her struggles, sources close to the matter reveal that MC Kats allegedly sought financial assistance from Kenzo, purportedly from the 5 billion Ugandan Shillings earmarked by the government for artists through the Federation.
Allegedly, Eddy Kenzo, acting in his capacity as president, purportedly instructed MC Kats to first register as a member of the SACCO before any financial support could be extended, triggering a contentious dispute between the two.

Today, MC Kats used his platform to strengthen his position in reaction to the current conflict. He expressed his concerns once more in his X platform (Formally twitter) , saying he knew of other people who were supposedly close to Kenzo and who had allegedly used money from the same stimulus fund in question to buy automobiles in recent months.

"I've witnessed MPs in Uganda speaking out against handouts, and it's no secret that some of my acquaintances have acquired brand-new cars in the past few months. There's even one prominent individual who caused quite a stir and was swiftly dealt with. However, my pastor advised me to maintain silence," Kats stated firmly.
