Celebrating 10 Years of Spiritual Revival: The Journey of Phaneroo Ministries International
The term ‘Phaneroo,’ rooted in the Greek word meaning ‘to make manifest’ or ‘bring to light,’ perfectly embodies the ministry’s mission. Living up to its name, Phaneroo has played a pivotal role in illuminating the Gospel for countless individuals. Over the past decade, the ministry has not only impacted lives within Uganda but has also extended its influence across borders, reaching people in various countries through online platforms and international missions.
Today marks a landmark milestone for Phaneroo ministry International, one of Uganda's most vibrant and quickly expanding Christian ministry, as it marks ten years of spiritual impact and transformation.
In 2014, Apostle Grace Lubega founded Phaneroo, transforming it from a small Christian fellowship into a vibrant ministry that now draws thousands each week. The cornerstone of the ministry, the Phaneroo Fellowship, is held every Thursday at the Uganda Manufacturers Association (UMA) showgrounds, while the Sunday services in the UMA Multipurpose Hall in Lugogo, Kampala, continue to serve as a beacon of inspiration and hope for countless individuals.

A broad range of people, including professionals and students, have found resonance in Apostle Lubega's teachings, which are praised for their profundity, lucidity, and usefulness.
Apostle Grace Lubega’s messages, centered on faith, righteousness, and the identity of the believer, have resonated widely on social media platforms like WhatsApp, TikTok, and Instagram, where they’ve gained substantial popularity. These teachings have empowered countless individuals to live victorious lives. Over the past decade, Apostle Lubega, along with his pastoral team, has delivered nearly 500 sermons, including over 300 Sunday messages, each contributing to the spiritual growth and empowerment of the ministry's followers.
Phaneroo has arranged a number of significant events over the last ten years, such as the six yearly "My Great Price" women's conferences and the seven yearly "Men Gather" men's conferences. Additionally, the ministry has organized two yearly conferences for elementary school students held across schools and two conferences for college students held across universities. Furthermore, Phaneroo has organized teacher conferences, marrieds conferences, New Year's celebrations, and a plethora of other events with the goal of cultivating spiritual development and fellowship among attendees.
Notable figures such as the Kenyan First Lady, Ms Racheal Ruto, renowned world preacher Cindy Trim, South African artiste Ntokozo Mbambo, and Nigerian stars Mercy Chinwo and Dunsin Oyekan have participated in these events. Testimonies of transformed lives are abundant. From healings and deliverance to restored relationships and financial breakthroughs, Phaneroo’s impact is clearly visible in the numerous testimonies shared by its members.
To commemorate this significant milestone, Phaneroo has planned a series of events under the theme “A Decade of God’s Grace.” The celebrations will feature a special service on August 10 at the Phaneroo Grounds, located just above the UMA showgrounds in Naguru, with renowned pastor Nathaniel Bassey expected to grace the occasion. The festivities also include street preaching and an initiative called ‘Yesu Yasasula’ for public transport, where Phaneroo has generously paid for passengers at various stages around Kampala City. These events reflect the ministry’s commitment to celebrating God’s grace and sharing His love with the community.
As Phaneroo celebrates this milestone, Apostle Lubega emphasises that this is just the beginning.
According to Apostle Lubega, The ministry is committed to continuing its mission of transforming lives and communities through the power of the Gospel. With plans to expand its outreach programmes and establish more branches, known as manifest centres, Phaneroo aims to impact even more lives in the future. Currently.
He also added that, there are more than 600 centres in the country and others globally that livestream services.
For many, Phaneroo is more than just a ministry; it is a family and a place where hope is rekindled, and dreams are realised.
