Inside SPA Namyalo Unveiled 10-Foot Soldier Strategy to Secure President Museveni’s 2026 Election Victory

Political figure Hajjat Hadijah Namyalo Uzeiye, who is in charge of the Office of the National Chairman (ONC), has unveiled a distinctive mobilization plan. Its objective? to ensure that President Museveni is victorious in the general elections of 2026 by reaching every area of Uganda.

Hajjat Namyalo claims that the structures are intended to deploy committed foot soldiers, or Bazzukulu, at every level. Specifically, the method calls for the deployment of ten Bazzukulu every village, five per parish, three per subcounty, and five per constituency. 

In order to popularize President Museveni's campaign, particularly in places where the opposition is predominate, Ms. Namyalo, who serves as the President's special advisor on political issues, disclosed that the new plan will begin in villages and move on to parishes, sub-counties, and constituencies.

The head of ONC stressed that these systems were put in place ahead of time in order to create a strong network that would be able to organize people at the grassroots level and support President Museveni's 2026 reelection campaign.

 She further stated that the foot troops, referred to as Bazzukulu, will shortly have the authority to launch an aggressive campaign, reflecting the general consensus in favor of continuity and advancement under President Museveni's direction, represented by the hash tag #JajjaTovaKuMain2026.
