Museveni Promotes Hajji Nadduli in the Newly Presidential Advisors’ Released List.
Hajji Abdul Nadduli has been promoted to the position of Senior Presidential Advisor on Political/Mobilization, where he will have the terms and benefits of a cabinet minister.
President Yoweri Museveni has released a list of newly appointed senior presidential advisors in different categories where he has promoted fellow Bush War veteran Hajji Abdul Nadduli.

Hajji Abdul Nadduli has been promoted to the position of Senior Presidential Advisor on Political/Mobilization, where he will have the terms and benefits of a cabinet minister.
It should be noted that Nadduli’s reappointment comes after his criticism of the ruling NRM party, which he claimed could face catastrophe if it doesn’t clean up its continued mess.
The new appointments also saw Gen. Salim Saleh, and the first son, Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba, as Senior Presidential Advisors on Defence and Special Operations, respectively.
Other appointments include Dr. Specioza Wandira Kazibwe as Senior Presidential Advisor on population, and health issues under the Ministry of Health, Dr. Ezra Suruma as Senior Presidential Advisor on Finance and Economic Planning, Chris Rwakasisi as Senior Presidential Advisor on Special Duties, and Amelia Kyambadde as Senior Presidential Advisor on Industry.
President Museveni also appointed Prof. Edward Rugumayo as Senior Presidential Advisor on Political Affairs, Hajji Abbey Walusimbi as Senior Presidential Advisor on Diaspora Affairs, Ambassador Klaus E. P. Holderbaum as Senior Presidential Advisor on Tourism and Investment, Monica Azuba Ntenge as Senior Presidential Advisor on Works, Mary Karooro Okurut – Senior Presidential Advisor on Media, Ephraim Kamuntu as Senior Presidential Advisor on Constitutional affairs, Hajjat Hadija Namyalo Uzeiye as Senior Presidential Advisor on Political Affairs, and Maj. (Rtd) Kakooza Mutale as Senior Presidential Advisor on Political Affairs.
Florence Mutyabule has also been appointed as Senior Presidential Advisor on Poverty Alleviation (Busoga Region), Fred Kabagambe Kaliisa as Senior Presidential Advisor on Oil, Gas and Minerals, Mary Amajo as Senior Presidential Advisor on Public Service, Elizabeth Kuteesa as Presidential Advisor on Police matters, Geraldine Namirembe Bitamazire as Senior Presidential Advisor on Education Matters, Sam Engola as Senior Presidential Advisor on Lango Affairs, and Prof. Sheikh Mohamed Ahmed Kisuule as Senior Presidential Advisor on Middle East.
