The singer has for over a year been battling liver complications that he suspected to have been caused by food poisoning that he alleges was given to him by a lady in pizza who pretended to be her fan.
Ever since he ate the pizza, his life took a different turn as he started facing body changes and would sweat continually without doing any physical activities.
Following the news of his passing, his very close friend and singer Hajji Haruna Mubiru has disclosed that Adam Mulwana will be laid to rest tomorrow at his ancestral home as they wait for his family to hold some discussions.
Speaking to BBS Telefayina, Hajji Haruna Mubiru hinted that Adam Mulwana’s corpse will be taken to the National Theatre for public viewing then he will be laid to rest in Luwero.
Prior to Adam Mulwana's passing in the early hours of Tuesday morning, Hajji Haruna revealed that Mulwana had been in Gulu alongside fellow artists on Monday.
