Gravity Omutujju, the local rapper also known as Gereson Wabuyu, faced a setback as his recently released song 'Doboozi Lya Mutuuze' was removed from YouTube due to copyright infringement issues.
After a month of efforts to bring attention to his appeal to Bobi Wine, the leader of the National Unity Platform, for assistance in building a hospital in Busabala, Gravity Omutujju unveiled a song.
The song, titled "Doboozi Lya Mutuuze" (translated as "Voice Of The Citizen"), aimed to rally support for his cause, urging people to join his quest. However, it has since been removed from YouTube.

According to a screenshot provided by the Trouble Tabu Entertainment rapper, YouTube took down the song citing copyright infringement. Details revealed that "Doboozi Lya Mutuuze" incorporated content from Bobi Wine's track 'Kiwaani', prompting a takedown request from the Firebase singer, who holds the rights to the original song.
Gravity Omutujju has turned to social media to raise questions about why Bobi Wine would have his song removed, particularly given Bobi's history of reworking songs originally created by other artists.
