Parliament’s Spokes Person Obore Calls Ugandans to Boycott Premier League over Speaker Sanctions

The United States took decisive action, imposing travel bans on Speaker Anita Among, former Karamoja Minister Goretti Kitutu, and Agnes Nandutu over allegations of corruption surrounding Karamojja iron-sheet scandal early this week.

Under the Global Anti-Corruption Sanctions Regulations 2021, which are governed by the UK, organizations and people worldwide may be subject to sanctions if they participate in bribery or the illegal theft of assets involving foreign public officials.
